Our inspection starts with the outside. We will pick up any newsletters or newspapers that are laying around. A thorough inspection of all outside doors, windows and screens will be performed, as well as checking your exterior lighting and yard/landscaping.

Once we go inside, a thorough walk-through will be performed in each room— checking ceilings, walls, and flooring. We will run the disposal and faucets, check the refrigerator, flush the toilets, ensure the thermostat is set at the appropriate temperature, and inspect your electrical panel and reset any breakers if needed. These are just some of the many steps we take to protect your investment. After each visit, a detailed report will be emailed to you so you can stay updated on your home.
